Maintaining Employee Details

Use the Employee Details form to maintain employee information and settings.

Note the following:

Not all tabs and forms are available to all users.
You cannot update information for a deidentified employee. (An error message displays when you click Save or Save & Close. Click OK to continue.)
When employees are deidentified using the Inactive Data Deletion form, the following information in their employee record no longer displays:
Middle Name
Preferred Name
License Number
I9 details
Employee Number
Clock Number
Alternate ID
Property
Skills

Why do I see Onboarding options?

In some cases, for employees set up in PrismHR to onboard through Onboarding, the Employee Details form shows information specific to their onboarding process. For more information, see Maintaining Workflow Actions and Rehiring a Terminated Employee.
