There are valid workers’ compensation codes set at the client level and the code shown in the error is not in the list. (Authorized W/C classes are an optional setting and typically used only when the client has a policy that excludes certain codes.)
To add the missing code needs to the list of authorized W/C classes:
| 1. | Open Client Details (found in the Client menu under Client|Change). |
| 2. | Open the Actions menu and then select W/C Classes. The Authorized W/C Classes form opens. |
| 3. | Enter the W/C Code from the error message. |
