Maintaining Zip Code Networks

View or delete networks from a zip code with the ZIP Code Network Maintenance form.

1.

Click (Back Office).

2.

From System|Change, select Zip Codes.

3.

Enter a five-digit ZIP Code for the location whose networks you want to view.

4.

Select Benefit Networks from the Actions menu. This is only visible if the Zip Code has at least one network assigned to it. The ZIP Code Network Maintenance form opens and displays the networks associated with the selected location.

5.

Remove a network from the location by clicking Network ID. An alert displays.

6.

Click Yes to confirm.

7.

Click Close.
