Use the delete function to permanently remove a user from the system.
To delete a user:
| 1. | Go to the Users form on the System|Change menu. |
| 1. | Enter the User ID. The Users form displays the information for the user account. |
| 2. | Click Delete. The system displays a message, "Are you sure you want to delete this record?" |
| 3. | Click Yes to delete the user. |
