Setting Up Form I-9 Approvers

For Onboarding, you must set up an administrator as an I-9 Approver.

To define an administrator as an I‑9 Approver:

1. Click Back Office.
1. From System|Change, select Users.
2. In User ID, enter the administrator ID.
3. In User Type:
For a service provider, in the Account Management Roles panel, select I‑9 Approver.
For a worksite manager, in the Human Resource Roles panel, select I‑9 Approver.
4. Click Save.
