Employee Experience Configuration

The Employee Experience Configuration form lets you create and define the features and appearance of Employee Portal (EP). On the Employee Experience Configuration form, you can create custom templates, themes, and menus on a global level, or for specific clients. You can then apply these templates, themes, and menus to an individual client or several clients.

Themes: With Themes, you create palettes with custom colors and attach them to templates. In this way, you can customize the employee experience for each of your clients.
Templates: With Templates, you decide which features are accessible and how to display them. You can build a custom menu, design the dashboard layout, and attach a theme to a template. From the Appearance tab, you can upload custom logos and display a unique login message.

With the appropriate permissions, administrators can view, edit, create, and delete themes, menu items, and templates.
