Enable advanced tax form processing for updating employee tax information automatically. This feature is disabled by default. Note: You must confirm that Document Management is enabled before enabling the Tax Form Processing feature. With Document Management enabled, updated employee information generates PDFs and stores them in the Federal, State, Local, and General Tax Form document categories, respectively. For more information, see Working with Reserved Document Categories in Managing Document Categories . When Tax Form Processing is enabled, the Tax Withholding page in EP displays Multiple Jobs, Claim Dependents Credit, Other Income, and Deductions if data exists for them in PrismHR. For more information on these fields in PrismHR, see the Human Resources User Guide on the Customer Resource Center. These values are state‑specific. For example, if an employee has state tax filing values for both Massachusetts (MA) and Michigan (MI), but the dependents are associated with MA only, dependents display only for MA. |
